I want my money back for both unlicensed photo facials

I went to this so called spa, twice the second time the owner turned up the laser intensity (she was untrained and unlicensed) I was scarred the second time I had this laser work done, she only gave me half my money back for the second one and I WANT MY MONEY BACK for both and I want to be reimbursed for the dermatolgist I had to see after she burned my face which ended up scarring me in several places on my face, this so called skin care expert has no business charging people for an UNTRAINED UNLICENSED PHOTO FACIAL TREATMENTS!!!
