I'll make it short and simple. The store has great product and I've been coming for years. Salon on the other hand is a joke. Overpricing for 5 hours on something you didn't even want or didn't talk about. To make things worse and uncomfortable is the fact they are rude and snobby. She's one of the "top designers" dumb me for not knowing! Terrible customer service.
