Item took 26 days and was mailed even after I said I wanted my money back

Received item, container have been peirced on both attributes the what appears like a razorblade or pointed item. Vendor created declaration that product may possibly not be delivered if exposed. The container was divided on both factors after I received it regarding guarantee I couldnt return product. Not really large postal handling might have slit the container that poor. Like a customer who desired to return them I'd've covered the container hadnt been exposed whatsoever. I've taken pictures and also have two witnesses who observed me getting it from the postal cover. Vendor stated it had been delivered Friday the 8th. While infact them via USPS monitoring hadnt been received towards the postoffice until April 13th. DESPITE, I'd mentioned within the e-mail that I needed my money-back since it have been more than 20 times with no longer desired them May 12th she shipped them 24 hours later at 1:07pm. I've all paperwork, pictures, referrals and emails. I'd not spend a restock charge that's suggested on her site since I stated within the e-mail don't deliver me them I'd like my cash back. She delivered it 24 hours later anyhow, damaged.
