Unauthorized charges

I purchased the movie. I decided to the free products for delivery cost of 6.95. They began calling me for revenue. I told them to prevent. Then I acquired a notice I'd to contact several to opt-out of the marketing plan. And of course the movie is garbage and came broken from bad packaging. After I required return directions, they attempted to obtain me not to return the merchandise as a swap to get a 10.00 reimbursement which didn't cover-all the costs and delivery. They returned the 6.95 shipping and offered me RMA number for movie. Per week later I obtained another cargo, unauthorized. I received an RMA number. I'll notice easily obtain discounts as guaranteed for movie and second cargo. I submitted a problem with CA. Attorney General and challenge with my Lender.
