Will not process my refund

"not a problem" is the things they stated after I desired to return this bit of #$%^@ poolcleaner for them. I told them that I examined it out also it did not work. I named to obtain some tech-support, and PSW called me towards the solution produce. Called them, went thru actions, but solution wouldn't run precisely [in my own share]. PSW explained to come back them, and based on it is situation, I might need to spend A - 20% return charge. Okay, I decided to that, settled to possess it delivered back - and today have now been awaiting 6 months (!) to get my money back. I am prepared to challenge it on my card, but believed I'd vent my disappointment here first and find out when they may return my calls, and much more importantly, return OUR MONEY!
