Withdraw money from alc without my conset

It just happened that, i load industry study about immediate purchase home-maker plus they delivered to me that i gained something special (dermitage restoration lotion, silver neckchain,) they stated I ought to select one at no cost dat just the delivery cost im gonna pay&i select dermitage&i paid-for delivery which can be $3.97 on 03202011 thru my atm money card. Unfortunately i examined my alc a week ago tues 04112011 I had been informed by my lender that dermitage have withdrew $89.95 from my alc. I named them that i didnt purchase for almost any cream why each goes to my alc without my conset and withdraw cash, theysaid it had been the lotion they delivered to me they required money for. I stated it may not be, becos they it had been free simply just the delivery they ask me to pay for much more av ceased the lotion becos is altering my shade am dark individual and my experience av tone including my body scratching me. They today stated they could not return my money back again to me pls I want ur helper
