False advertising

I purchased some skincare lotion for my mom out of this organization. They promote free trial offer @ $6.95. I requested it on my credit card and had it delivered to Mother's home. Later I discover that Dermitage has had $69.95 from my charge card bill for this free trial offer. They consider $73.92 from my bill thirty days afterwards and $73.92 from my bill again thirty days next. There's nothing FREE about their free trial offer. They've obtained cash from my Charge Card consideration on 3 events without agreement. How do I get my money-back from these thieves?
