Scam with Epicurean

I have purchased two cooking classes from Epicurean School of Culinary Arts in Southern CA and they cancelled both classes just hours before the scheduled event. I have tried to call the company repeatedly to get a refund but the line is either busy or rings unanswered, with their phone mail being full not able to take messages. This is terrible customer service and I want a full refund.
