Mislead and Ripped-off

After successfully fufilling my agreement responsibilities I didn't contiune my account with Massage Envy. Much to my shock nearly annually later, I realized that the regular memebership cost of $59/ month was again being instantly removed from my bill. This have been occurring for that previous five weeks and disgrace on me for not realizing. I simply thought an amiable phone to Massage Jealousy might cure the issue. Afterall, providers hadn't been made. Child was I wrong. Regardless, that I had been no further under any contractual oblication a reimbursement was declined. Alternatively, the supervisor insisted she was doing me a benefit gaving me 60-days to make use of the 5 massages I'd settled. This really is unexceptable along with a complete ripoff. Beware!
