Refund issues

I requested this system on 1/27 to get a 14-day trail period to begin after i obtained the merchandise. I obtained the merchandise on 2/1 and didn't enjoy it. I terminated on my 14th day and arrived at discover i had been charged currently. I named customer service and was told our 2 weeks started after i requested it. Just how can a path period start after i dont have the merchandise. They refused to refund me my money. I do believe that is very illegal.
