Poor customer service!

I've not obtained the merchandise however, however they charged me $69.95. Customer support informed me that since I have requested it 2 weeks before and evidently the postoffice attempted shipping, but failed, and also have not delivered it, they're getting me. So that they understand that I am not laying about not getting the merchandise, they understand I'venot obtained it, but are telling me it's my problem and therefore are still getting me.
