I had been informed that Lia Sophia includes a lifetime guarantee return/trade authorities. Finished they do not let you know is the fact that it RUN YOU $5.00 per-item in order for them to manage it whenever you deliver it back - even if them is damaged (not our problem). PLUS YOU spend to deliver it back again to them. It's an overall total fraud - I've discovered that I'll never conduct business together which I'll do my better to teach others how this works and pursuade them-not to-order out of this organization both. As whenever you return your product they just deliver you a product document. So that they enable you to get in either case - You're better to simply toss your products away
