To begin with, Dream Lash isn't an eyelash development item but is demonstrated about the lash development site. It's only flakes to use after one applies mascara. It was not what I'd in your mind. I will purchase a comparable item for $4.99 locally. There's a declaration on the site when not completely happy to come back to get a complete refund.
