Slow, slow, slow

I have waited almost 3 weeks for a stupid garden variety spa cover, and it still won't be here for another 3 days. These guys are slow, and apparently, indifferent. Hopefully the spa cover will be alright. Reading their disclaimers,
if it's damaged in shipment, I am stuck with it once the delivery guy leaves.
Unfortunately, I will be working on delivery day, so I have to leave a note for the shipping company. At this point, I would not recommend these guys.
