I attempted to come back several products since their website claims 100% promise for almost any quality problems. Big lie. I'd a few items which were absent rocks, had a damaged lock, had tough joints that scratched, and spotty color places, scores, and unsmooth completing. They required images, but actually they nevertheless declined my reimbursement and return, stating the manufacturing facility stated the things were 'good'. Bah - damaged products are great? Not great. I'm unhappy together. Do not get from their website.
