They sent me an item that did not fit and when I sent it back for exchange they sent it back to me saying they thought it had been worn

I'd a dreadful encounter when purchasing from Lingerie Queen. They delivered me a product that didn't match so when I delivered it back for trade they delivered it back again to me stating they believed it'd been used. How will you use something which does not match? Just a means for them-not to remain behind their goods or guidelines.
