Good Hair BUT - Plush Wave

Finally my hair arrived, on time, which was great. When I opened the package to my surprise the hair looked just like the picture that I seen on the site. So upon installation I prepared the hair by following the instructions provided in the package. The hair has now dried and has not returned to the same wave pattern. Before buying this hair I spoke to someone in customer service who assured me that it would revert back every time it’s was washed she even told me I could color it and it would go back to the plush wave pattern. Only thing I did was wash, condition and air dry it to install. Now I’m left with $300 worth of a look I didn’t order, I was supposed to be Beyonce for the 4th...: (I’m so angry, now the hair is kind of frizzy and there is a slight (very slight) weird wavy, curl thing going on I don’t know what to do... This is defiantly not what I was expecting. The quality of the hair is NOT BAD but the wave is non-existent. I have my satin bonnet on with my fingers crossed maybe when I wake up it will be better any suggestions?
