I went into fantastic sams your day before my 2-year wedding with my sweetheart, i told the woman (lori clark) in regards to a hair-cut that i preferred that I'd before, uneven waves. Well she began doing my hair and reducing it, she spoke tome by what I needed and that I informed her, after which stated however, youare the professional-so do what you believe, she cut my hair and that I went forward and compensated and remaining (my hair was ugly and so I couldnt tell what it appeared as if until i straitened it, it'd been cut searching like my organic hair was at my face which I'd set extenstions in it, i rushed to some other salon, (sams was shut) and also the lady gasped when she found my hair, she set it for me personally thank heavens, nevertheless when i went 24 hours later to exhibit the images towards the salon that did this, they wouldnt return my cash, were totally rude, and stated I ought to have let them repair it! Why could i allow them contact my hair again after it appeared as if a five-year old slice it! I'll never return again and am calling the greater business agency about them. (still possess the images too)
