Not received the product

I have ordered a Watch for Rs 6,296/- on 4th Sept. Billing ID 998664119 for my cousin in India.

I am supposed to receive the item (along with free gift of another watch) within 3-4 weeks.

Now we are on 7th week, I didnt receive it. I am trying to call the call center number 011-40502424 and it is not working. It says connecting to the execuctive, but gets disconnected.

I sent couple of mails to their IDs, and no reply.
