Dear Sir / Madam

I was in USA new York April. While I was there I bought two Vichy product from CV Pharmacy in NY.

I live in Cape Town, South Africa. I started to use them and after one week, the one I bought for the eyes, the opening was blocked. How ever much I pushed the container it didn't come out. Pumper doesn't work. I open the part and it is still full but I can't use with that pump. I

I am very upset as I paid lots of money for this. Could I take it to an agent in Cape Town and get the refund??? I paid in $ and it was not cheap at all.

Hope you will refund my money or do what ever necessary.
