They have not sent my money for my gold I sent to them

I delivered my previous platinum rings, white-gold rings, and earrings to money 4 platinum and contains not been 5 months since I have have delivered them. They state after they get my bundle with-in twenty four hours I'll get my look for them. That's not the case. I've not gotten anything from their website. They stated onetime that it had been my postoffice fauth for me personally to check on there. I did so also it wasn't there. They state that they guarantee my platinum if it gets lost although not accurate. I place in this bundle my moms platinum group which was her spouse and that's gone too. I really hope that somebody may do anything about that.
