Take mony out of your bank without permission

I bought 3 containers of centrilean in April. Compensated by bank card. It didnt work. No major package I figure I simply got scammed about the telephone again. 2 weeks later they consider 100.00 bucks out-of my take into account NO Products or Services. I protest for them and all I get is just a SORRY about this However They WON'T return. Me my $ Who's to express in 2 more weeks they dont consider another 100.00 out-of my bill. This really is scam!!
