Item purchased with 10-day trial, appeared with just a couple of times remaining of the 10-day trial, I called to stop and was provided a-10 time expansion and was informed to contact prior to the 10 times was up. Was handed a CSR #.

Little did I understand, I had been charged $149.95 your day after my telephone call.
