Damaged Product

Purchased that which was marketed like a "new" Resident BL5280-52W view. Received view and examined product realizing that encounter of view had a sizable straight damage across it. E-mailed HH watches your day I received product. HH didn't respong until per week later, ultimately released an RMA with delivery guidelines. I originally required product to become delivered via Fedex, and settled reduced for this. Product was delivered via Priority Mail covered with signature needed. Product has been resting in Santa Ana since 5/21. HH watches will not get product and problem reimbursement declaring that Postoffice is 5 miles away and certainly will not generate that significantly. HH watches rather has recommended me to resend product without shipping confermation. Seems bad in my experience. I bought product through Paypal, they've refused my state siting that they can not get involved with quality of acquired items. Our only choice would be to document an insurance state wtih USPS and aspire to recover my failures.
