They do not stand behind their 30 day return

I bought a series from Jewels Television plus they delivered the incorrect product. I delivered it back nicely with-in the one month return screen. They delivered exactly the same string back again to me and therefore are today declaring it's not really a Gems Television product and certainly will not return. I've named and all-they state is they'll return to me. BEWARE they don't remain behind their one month return and therefore are attempting to not return my purchase despite the fact that I delivered them the string within the same presentation they delivered to me! I'll NEVER purchase from their website again!!!
