The manager simply refused to refund my money

I've completed home perms my lifetime. The week before Holiday I chose to "treat myself" and obtain an expert perm. I told the stylist in Shiloh, Illinois just a couple of things: "Our hair requires curl effortlessly" AND "Our hair needs to remain one-length in the top towards the back since I'd light therapy (cancer therapy) 25 years back and also the hair does not develop about the back of my mind/throat."

After I got completed with the perm, she cut a lot of hair since the stops of my hair did not consider the perm and were totally right.

She did cut the hair into levels, despite the fact that I'd mentioned that used to donot want to buy lower.

Today I returned to exhibit them how melted/terrible my hair appears. They declined to return my cash ($65) and agreed to provide me a "fitness therapy."

I told them used to donot need them to complete other things to my hair. That I'd to use a Santa cap the entire week of Holiday — which my hair may be the laughing-stock of my loved ones.

The supervisor just declined to return my income.

I'D LIKE A RETURN! — and that I WOn't go back to Fantastic Sams. AND THAT I do not have to inform people how poor it's — they simply take a look at my hair. Our hair hasn't been this short since I have had chemo and light. It'll be six months before I will actually attempt to curl it.

POOR, POOR job. I'd like a reimbursement. I'd be pleased to deliver pictures towards the company office of "before" and "after."
