I have been dealing with this for months i ordered the free trial and then have tried repeatedly tocancel. I got the supposed free trial products and then cancelled, but i have had to call three times to cancel. They keep sending me emails saying they are charging me $78 to cancel. This is the 3rd time they have done this. The first two times i was able to talk to a customer service person. Now when you call it goes directly to voice mail. They say this is not a scam i would completely disagree. I will be contacting the attorney general to get this resolved
