False Advertising

Item was marketed on the web to get a free 14-day test simply purchase delivery. Item was not delivered until 13th evening and consideration was charged $79.95 without any reimbursement. Attempted to solve dispute within the telephone and was simply informed my test time ended before I ended the merchandise. I agreed to return the unopened container and was informed it didn't matter since test period was over.
