False Charges after cancellation

Our Bill/packaging slip is dated 01/21/10. On 01/29/10 I approached Progress Clean and ended because of physicians purchases, I've an abdominal disease and am not able to go. The person's title was Nick, broker #009, ended potential purchases and offered me a guide#. They charged my small charge card for $149.95, didn't deliver me-any item, place my card over-limit with costs. I then found out after I got my declaration, named the client #, they stated used to do not contact and stop in no time. I also am to e-mail an item help tackle to obtain a return.

I began and my protection plan created a caution that it had been a rerouted current email address, unfamiliar and may be considered a technique. I quit there and named my charge card business. I described everything for them plus they are likely to challenge the cost.
