Ulta
Worst customer service ever!

I was returning some stuff at the Ulta in Niles, IL on Touhy Ave. When the girl at the desk (NICOLE) asked me what my name was. I told her and spelled it for her and she went ahead and spelled it completely wrong and spelled a very very disgusting body part which she thought was hilarious. When i corrected her... She continued to laugh even though it was very apparent that i was pissed off and she didn't even apologize. Her manager thought it was hilarious too and laughed. Ulta just lost out on about $2,000 annually from me alone. I used to buy makeup and products only from them and now neither I nor any of my 20 friends will be buying from there (I have incredibly loyal friends). Ulta really knows how to pick the low life's out there.
