Nail saloon hurt my Mom and did nothing

My Mom has been going to them for 2 yrs, with her two daughters, and for the past few months the place has changed a lot including missing the people we liked, that did our nails becasue they were so good and clean, however the owner was always on top of them to be faster. Well, we had to try new people last week, they were fast with a terrible attitude. And the one doing my Mom nails cut her toe, the ower did not do anyhting and acted as if we were overeacting, and did not offer any kind of help, consideration. My mom has been on antibiotics for a week now, the strongest kind becasue the infection she got with them and when she told them she was cut and how much it hurt they gave her an attitude and no help whatsoever, not even a smile
