Lost screw from bracelet, non functioning chrono

Completely new Invicta Subaqua Noma III 4568 design with swiss Quartz movement after 30 days dropped the mess from band, the 3rd hand about the chrono, (time/moment by 9) employed perhaps twice isn't ready to zero itself out no mather what, following a guide 'just how to' proper it's no longer working whatsoever.

Evening isn't feasible to regulate the right way with turning of the overhead, simply by on offer daily manualy, site provides no aid and also the entire customer support stings to paradise. Their demonstration of quality and support is large, although not accurate. Apart from that, I really like the view, sadly.
