No customer support

I purchased an Invicta view from a certified supplier and inside the first 6-month the group was damaged. Should you request my spouse, she'll let you know that I handled this view much better than I handle my very own kids

I called the organization to protest and undoubtedly the band isn't covered-but what's a wrist watch with no group? Anyway i named customer support plus they are really ethical and empathetic however they simply say sorry we can not allow you to, I've to pay for $58 for that silly group. I expected to get a supervisor, no supervisor. I expected for an 800-number to protest, doe s not occur. I expected for a contact or simply an address, simply those published on the site and undoubtedly they do not move everywhere...

I suppose its the company design, market attractive material and also the heck with customer support. Quite simply, "grab" company. Really unfortunate since I truly enjoy this view. I hung-up and that I attempted to conquer my rage without any chance. About 2 weeks after I quit and stated I'll spend the darn $58 and do not look back. After putting the purchase, the repetition.informs me included in the "disclouser" that it might take as much as 3 months to obtain the group!

Spend all that cash for that silly view that doesn't last subsequently spend another $58 for that group then delay with no view for 3 months. (*^%#$#&%^&*^*& (*
