Unauthorized charges

I requested (on the internet) a totally free trial-size container of Acai Berries.

Advertisement mentioned simply pay shipping no extra cost.

I received the product.incidentally it did not accept me... And

I had been billed for that shipping... It was in early November.

Then I received my cc Dec declaration and there have been two

Costs for items that used to do not purchase or approve

1) Resuperpure @ 83.95 and 1) fastdieting @88.90. Notice neither

Of those items were Acai Berries... The declaration involved a 877

Quantity for every of those costs 877-2547861. I named this quantity repeatedly before I eventually got a solution and was informed that

I'd no option but to pay for... Clearly I set up a "fascination" about that and

Was informed they'd instantly credit me for that 88.90 but that

I should pay the 83.95... I approached my cc organization, terminated my

Card. Bank of America explained that I had a need to contact Acai Berries that I ought to have "browse the tiny print". Therefore much for cc assistance (Lender of America company bill).

It was many weeks before with no credit from Acai Berries. Therefore

Today how to proceed. Our lender wont help me with this of course if I actually donot

Spend the billed quantity I'll maintain debts on my cc acount

And become charged interest.

It Is A fraud and watch out for this.
