I've obtained my child (13) to Regis Beauty Salon (situated inside the Lehigh Valley Mall in Whitehall, PA) on several events to possess her hair cleaned, trained, flat-ironed, and occasionally cut. I've been happy with the support that people have obtained. For this reason I experienced it essential to come up with the terrible support that people obtained last weekend 12/19/09 with a stylist called "Maya". This woman was really rude and confrontational after I questioned her to not contain the flat-iron for such a long time about the stops of my kids hair. After I questioned her about why my child had so much dandruff after Maya cleaned and dried it, she stated that it was not dandruff, it was dried head which I "clearly" make use of the incorrect conditioner. She stated that she was not keeping the metal too much time on my kids hair and contended with me about whether she's experienced a relaxer on her hair. Stating that she's had one after I understand and informed her that she did not. I had been upset in the bad customer support and worried that she was using my childis hair and of course the hair straightener was 'smoking' warm. I eventually informed her that I wasn't thinking about her completing my childis hair, that I needed to depart and was prepared to spend despite the fact that the task was not completed. She subsequently proceeded to cost me for an "up-do" charge of $65.00. Declaring that my childis hair was long which she invested one hour 5 focusing on it. I questioned the cost, never spending just as much to get a scrub/situation/hair straightener therapy.

After repeatedly asking her to contact her supervisor (Glen) who'd quit for that evening, she ultimately named him and offered him her aspect of what happened. Moving her eyes during this period before additional clients who'd collected. After explainig towards the supervisor about the telephone my discomfort using the bad support obtained after which being over-charged, he didn't apologize. He informed Maya to cost me $35.00, that we paid. Upon making the shop, Maya explained before additional clients to "select another stylist".

Obviously, both myself and my child were unpleasant and incredibly upset in the excessively rude worker in addition to poor people handling of the scenario by her supervisor, not apologizing in my experience the client for that bad customer support and treatment obtained.

I've applied this salon often previously but WOn't utilize it again and you will be certain to inform all my family and friends about how terrible Maya was in managing me, and just how unconcerned the supervisor was that evening.
