Poor customer service. Lack of professionalism

Our Child had a scheduled appointment and 2 1/2 hrs later the stylist hadn't started on her hairstyle. The stylist had designed my childis hair often before and her hair was properly performed and done in a timely manner. But nowadays, the she experienced a much different scenario. The stylist gave her perspective as though it were my childis problem that she'd an a visit which the stylist was behind. After I telephoned the stylist to talk to her concerning the lengthy delay she mentioned that she was behind which there is nothing that she might do about this. Where's the Professionalism? Where's the client support. I'll never return to the hair cuttery in Bowie city centre in Bowie, doctor.
