Fraudulent charge to credit card

An ad sprang up while I had been on the web marketing a totally free month of acai berries tablets. I just needed to pay shipping and handling. Fourteen days after getting the pills my card is billed for that regular overall for that tablets. After I named the organization using the quantity provided from my lender these were really rude and stated the conditions and terms were within the fine-print plus they wouldn't be refunding my income. I've submitted a challenge with my lender, but everybody knows just how long that requires to obtain sorted out. These folks have to be released of company.
