Unauthorized charges

I bought to Acai Burn supplement/metabolism booster for my spouse and my home. It had been marketed as certain to function. It didn't function. Nowadays I observed 2 unauthorized fees on my bill from planet match. I named the amount shown (1866-407-5590). I waited on-hold for 20 units they responded the telephone "may I obtain the tackle in your declaration?" I replied back I don't have astatement and that I have unauthorized acquisitions on my consideration for $23.14. The person stated he might stop my membership and that I told him please do plus they I requested to get a boss. He declined to I would like to consult with a boss and might just stop one membership. He explained I had a need to call-back to stop another one. All of the guy might do was estimate me exactly the same declaration that I did so approve these costs. I called back and terminated the 2nd membership and a disappointed. I believe this identification deceptive and also have documented this to my lender. I've proof but am not hanging them since there is consideration information on my evidence.
