Will not give refund

In July I requested 2 bits of jewelry for that whole of $4.00.instantly my card was billed $136.00. I acquired deals and instantly delivered them back as directed by organization. It's today Nov and that I haven't gotten my reimbursement. There's usually another justification. It's said to be in my own bill today and you know what... Not. They wont answer their devices nowadays. That is an outrage. Please can there be something which can be achieved. Thay are tearing of a large number of people and receiving away withit. Thanks
