I closed a contract with Massage Envy 2008 in Sept I shifted 112 kilometers away to Main Florida and so I named them in December and terminated my agreement. 6 months later they charge my charge card 59.00. I approached them to recommend them of the problem plus they declare that my consideration was placed on store for 6 months. I recommend the supervisor Alysa to credit my card again the 59.00 she declined. I approached my lawyer support they delivered a notice and Alysa nevertheless decline declaring to stop it'd charge me a additional 100.00 its writen in my own agreement. Our lawyer looked over the contract and discovered it's not created within the agreement. Therefore Alysa lied. Today I'll contact the attorney-general, it's that severe in my experience. Imagine if additional companies charge your bill like this. That accumulate!
