Refusal of Refund

I had been drawn into purchasing the oxi-berry online - didn't get the acai berries till fourteen days once they required cash out-of my bill - was not able to utilize therefore delivered it in their presentation through the standard postal service. They declare they never obtained it today and certainly will not return my $87.13. I've talked to atleast five affiliates of the organization (who until today assured me that the reimbursement could be on the road). Alex (I actually donot understand if it had been a guy or lady couldnt tell from the speech) explained today till they get the bundle they'll not return my income. I told him/her that it had been delivered back atleast six or even more months before, Alex stated till they obtain my bundle there could be no reimbursement. Alex did not care if it had been dropped or lost within their organization Alex was heading from the guidelines - no bundle - no reimbursement.in my opinion that I ought to get my reimbursement since I did so return offer. N T - an extremely, very pissed off client.
