To much carbon and yellow in diamond ring

To whom it might worry, my sweetheart buy me a diamond, ring from lundstrom, also it was a princess-cut diamond, which was suppose to be always a 6000,00 ring which they'd a purchase declaring that, we're able to have it for 5000.00 and mentioned that the quality was exemplary, and shade, the ring included, to much carbon, within the ring and also the color wasn't obvious, it has orange, making the ring useless, I'd like for somebody, to displace my ring or change-out the diamond, to atleast happy me one having my first gemstone, the shop, that i purchased the band from in fox valley aurora, ill, isn't any longer running a business.
