Doctor Haiavy promotes he specialises and may be the only doctor that does breast impants through the bellybutton however the evening of the surgery (when he's your deposit that will be non-refundable) he recommends it's better if he does it via breast (not providing you with an opportunity to alter the mind! I also needed my armpits decreased and he explained that liposuction might get it done. An entire year later my remaining chest is 1 size smaller my armpits would be the same dimension! I criticism about that to him at 3 and six months and he explained I'd to provide equally atleast annually, today he claims that I have to have extra surgery to repair these issues as well as for extra charge tome!!!
