Unauthorized charges on product

I received my 14-day free trial offer and obtained on July 16. I delivered the abandoned container on July 28, US Email and also have the bill. I surrounded a notice using the go back to stop any more deliveries of product and that I was nicely inside the time period of 2 weeks returning and eliminating the merchandise.
