Poor Customer service!

We've had a Zales charge card today for around 5 weeks. We're never overdue on the cost, often spend prior to the deadline. This month, we skipped a cost with a week, because of lately shifting, issues being insane, etc. It simply slipped through the breaks. Zales customer support named my partner and simply reamed her out, shouting at her, requesting her why she cannot make her funds.informed my partner she was greater than a month behind. Complete foolishness. She subsequently confronted my partner and informed her if she does not create a cost instantly, she'd stop her consideration. Your day this occurred, I looked over our declaration, as well as in reality, we weren't PER MONTH BEHIND! The cost was due on 8/7, the day this occurred was 8/14. The client support woman should have inadequate math abilities. Cost was created on 8/14...
