Charged for Product and can't get refund

I requested the free trial offer of Whole Clean in January. Before I'd actually obtained the free trial offer, they'd instantly deducted 78.84 to get a weeks offer of Total Clean. Therefore today, they owe me 5.95 for delivery about the free trial offer I never obtained and 78.84 for that weeks offer. I have named, e mailed a lot of occasions. Last time I named they stated that my demand have been submitted towards the reimbursement division. I'd have my reimbursement by email my August 10. I am still waiting. Feb to July to get a 84.79 reimbursement.
