Erroneous billing

A number of band models. H, T, @Happiness.com was to instantly withdraw cash from consideration as band models were delivered. After recieving the 6th collection, i replied that I did so desire to receive anymore models.

H, T, @ Happiness.com didn't deliver me-any extra models, however they charged me for that 7th collection. I sent three times and named twice. The 2nd telephone call we did keep in touch with a girl. She might or wouldn't understand that people didnt receive the 7th collection (which we didn't need, however were billed for). Her reaction was, 'simply decline the bundle when it arrives.' no bundle is here, as well as in lieu of previous delivery persistence, it's overdue, and don't be delivered. Its as if they received my declaration of termination of solution sequence, however WOn't quit payment me.
