Charged after cancellation

I sighned up for Pac Promotions in 2006 and terminated in 2006. They allow it to be challenging enough to stop and today 3 years later I discover that I've been billed $20 per month for several this time around! There support was horrible to start with and that I am really annoyed! Idiscourage anybody from joining their support! It's a fraud!
