Deceptive billing for trial product

Requested a product named ResV under an effort interval and terminated inside the alloted period, but was nevertheless billed $79.99 for item.organization didn't supply reimbursement, didn't publish purchase verification via email, included on the support to get a Exercise publication deceptively and might have been billed for that had I not found and terminated over time. Their methods are extremely misleading and without value. Will even record organization to BBB, condition AG office and FTC.
