No Free Trial - it's a ripoff!

I registered for WW Online in order to check it out. Their site claims that the card wil not be billed throughout the 7-day test interval, but mine was billed on time two. This didn't subscribe to my general great emotions concerning the organization, and that I chose to stop on evening five, nicely inside the 7 days. I did so this by mail. I rec'd a contact back stating I had been not entitled to any reimbursement since I didn't inform them of my termination inside the seven-day interval, that was clearly not the case. After three emails along with a telephone call to customer support, they stated they'd certainly return my $65, that I ought to not have now been billed until evening 7. Obviously 4 days later I've observed no credit on my cost bill. I actually do think that this can be a determined customer support rip off exercise on the component. Not wise, when I have now been a faithful fan of WW for two decades (personally conferences, not online). I guarantee you I'll NEVER darken their gates again, and that I may inform everybody who'll hear about their questionable business methods.
